Expanded polystyrene is the most common type of rigid foam due to its light weight, low cost, versatility and ease of use.

Our CNC foam cutting machine can cut any font letters from foam , and can be painted to your nominated colours. We also make company logo's from art work supplied.

Standard Sheet Size: 2400x1200mm.
Standard Sheet Thickness: 40mm, 50mm,100mm,150mm, 200mm.
Maximum Cut Size: 2400x1200mm
